1. Return Policy

** Unconditional Return**
If a product is defective due to manufacturing error or damage during shipping—but only when a proper damage report or record (tutanak) has been provided—you are eligible for an unconditional full refund or replacement.

  • Please report any issue immediately upon receipt and provide the necessary documentation (e.g., shipping damage report or delivery incident record).

2.Limited International Warranty — 1 Year

All our products are covered by a 1-year limited international warranty that protects against manufacturing defects—or faults in workmanship—under normal usage conditions.

  • What’s covered: Repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period.

  • What’s not covered: Damage due to misuse, improper handling, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Shipping costs for warranty service may be at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise specified.

3. Claim Procedure

For Returns (Defective or Damaged):

  1. Observe product immediately upon delivery.

  2. If damage or defect is found, file a tutanak (delivery incident report) with the carrier or delivery service.

  3. Contact FDY Automotive support within 14 days, providing order number and documentation.

  4. Upon approval, FDY will issue UPS labels, instructions, and process either refund or replacement promptly.

For Warranty Claims (1-Year Limited Warranty):

  1. Contact our support team (info@fdyautomotive.com) with proof of purchase and detailed defect description.

  2. We may request the return of the defective item for inspection.

  3. After evaluation, we will confirm eligibility and proceed with repair or replacement.
